What is Restylane?
Restylane is an injectable fillers, used by
dermatologists, that can
help plump the skin to fill out creases and
lines. Restylane is a safe, temporary,
non-animal form of hyaluronic acid gel, a
naturally occurring substance that binds water
to cells. Restylane has been widely and
effectively used in Canada and Europe. More
than 27 million patients all over the world
have been treated with various hyaluronic acid
based products over the years. Restylane is
extremely safe. More than five hundred
thousand men and women in all age groups
around the world have been successfully
treated with Restylane since 1996. Board
Certified Dermatologist, Dmitry Khasak, MD
routinely uses Restylane as a facial filler
for his Manhattan, New York and Jersey City,
New Jersey patients. Restylane is safe,
natural cosmetic dermal filler that restores
volume and fullness to the skin to correct
moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds
such as nasolabial folds.
Restylane is proven to give long-lasting correction of moderate-to-severe facial wrinkles and folds.

What are the Differences between Restylane
and Collagen?
Collagen injection typically lasts 3-6 months,
while the benefits of Perlane & Restylane
treatment should be visible for 6-12 months,
depending on the location of the treatment and
the nature of your skin. For example, highly
mobile areas like the lips tend to require at
least a touch-up treatment after about 6
months. Areas where there is less movement may
only require additional treatment after 12
months. Experience has shown that smaller
amounts of Restylane are often needed
for maintenance than for the initial
correction. Restylane is a smooth, clear gel
and "flows" when it is injected and goes in
very evenly.
How long does Restylane last?
Studies have shown that the average treatment
results last six months or even longer in some
cases.
